Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call arn optical customer care at +919650692878 or send an email to contact@arnoptical.com with order details.
Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.
Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Arn optical can deny refund to the customer.
In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement. As a practice – we match the prescription values with the valid prescription uploaded in our system. In specific cases in which we cannot read the uploaded prescription – we will call to confirm the prescription values.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service within 1 hour after placing your order and request a cancellation. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can simply refuse delivery, and it will be returned to us.
Please be aware that we have refund policies in place.
We can cancel your order from ourside when the product is out of stock or it is not possible to serve for any other reason.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we will replace it and ensure your satisfaction. To avail of our exchange policy, please notify us via email within 24 hours from the date of product delivery. Send the product back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, and contact our customer service. Please note that courier charges up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the case of an exchanged product.
If we do not receive a response or reply within 8 days, the replacement will be automatically canceled.
Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition with any other accessories, if applicable. Please refrain from using products that require replacements.
Certain products, such as Today’s deal offers or combo offers, cannot be returned.
Returns or cancellations are not applicable to overseas customers. (Overseas customers are those placing orders from outside of India with delivery outside of India.) Overseas customers are responsible for covering the shipment costs for both sides in the case of product replacement.
