  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns only for products with verified manufacturing defects. To qualify for a return:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or components.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and clear evidence of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Products without a manufacturing defect.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping the Item Back: Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to confirm the manufacturing defect.

  1. Refund or Replacement
    Replacement: If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
    Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
  2. Important Notes
    Items returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. ARN Optical is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
